Hard Yards offers a weekly run/triathlon squad in which James delivers and oversees all of the workouts. Workouts will consist of 60-75 minutes with a warm up, main set, cool down, and core session. The structure will take you through a prep phase, strength phase, speed phase, and taper for those needing to arrive at races in peak form. These sessions will build your overall fitness to enable you to compete in your first Hard Yard race series event or prep you for a goal racing event.
